GROW Business Alliance purposes is to promote, provide or carry out activities, facilities or projects for the benefit or welfare of the community or any members of the community who have a particular need by reason of youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social or economic circumstances, including by:

(a) Provision of education and training, offering valuable support to the community or any members of the community;

(b) Engaging disengaged, helpless or unemployed individuals through education and businesses and thereby they lead a normal and independent life in the community; and

(c) Developing untapped talent, leadership skills, young entrepreneurs and start-up businesses particularly for those who would not have sufficient opportunities or resources due to their social or economic circumstances and thereby they become independent and contributing members of our community.
